超聲波震蕩能量輻射會受到清洗液中的空氣濃度較大的影響，若清洗液中殘存的氣體較多，則會阻礙超聲波的傳播，從而降低清洗力。因此，可利用脫氣裝置來排出清洗液中的氣體，的提高清洗效果。

二、超聲波掃頻

超聲波掃頻是在清洗過程中超聲波頻率在合理的范圍內往復掃動，其作用是可以改善超聲波清洗槽內超聲場的結構。

Ultrasonic frequency scanning refers to the reciprocating scanning of ultrasonic frequency within a reasonable range during the cleaning process, which can improve the structure of the ultrasonic field in the ultrasonic cleaning tank.

超聲波清洗機工作在一個固定頻率有較大的局限性，由于某些參數，如水溫、清洗量等的變化，容易產生諧振頻率的漂移，從而造成聲功率的變化，影響到清洗效果。

三、超聲波變頻清洗

超聲波頻率不一樣，進行空化的效應的結果也不一樣，頻率越高，產生的汽泡越小，穿透性越強，但是相應的力度越小。頻率越低，產生的氣泡越大，穿透性越弱，但是清洗表面的力度越強。
