The use of the fully automatic high-pressure cleaning machine, the volume of the high-pressure pump, the frequency of maintenance, and the standardization of operation all affect its normal operation. Most faults in high-pressure cleaning machines occur during use, so to avoid the root cause of the fault, it is necessary to adhere to standardized operation during the operation of high-pressure cleaning machine equipment and monitor its operation at any time to prevent the high-pressure automatic cleaning machine from being unable to find the cause of the fault on-site. Generally, if there is a malfunction in the automatic high-pressure cleaning machine equipment, the reasons should be analyzed from the water supply, power end, and hydraulic end.

1，供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內出現負壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態(tài)，從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀測壓力表，觀察設備的壓力表是否是設備設定的額定壓力。

1. Water supply is mainly analyzed based on water supply pressure, flow rate, and other factors. Adequate water supply pressure and flow rate can prevent negative pressure evacuation, bubble bursting, and cavitation of the valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, thereby ensuring the service life of the valve disc and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. The pressure mainly refers to observing the pressure gauge, observing whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment.

觀測流量是否足夠時要在高壓清洗泵工作轉速下檢測，因為有時候供水流量略有不足，清洗泵的轉速比較低情況下會出現假性流量充足，高壓清洗機在這種狀態(tài)下工作會對高壓泵造成非常嚴重的傷害。一般來說引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種，一種是供水中雜質比較多，沒有按照規(guī)定經常清洗進水濾網，供水雜質僅會堵塞過濾器、硌傷閥口，閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時還會出現假性供水不足、泵組抖動的現象。另一種原因是地區(qū)性供水壓力不足不穩(wěn)定影響供水。

When observing whether the flow rate is sufficient, it should be tested at the working speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, because sometimes the water supply flow rate is slightly insufficient, and when the cleaning pump speed is relatively low, there may be a false sufficient flow rate. Working in this state of the high-pressure cleaning machine can cause very serious damage to the high-pressure pump. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for insufficient water supply flow. One is that there are many impurities in the water supply, and the inlet filter screen is not cleaned regularly according to regulations. Impurities in the water supply only block the filter and damage the valve port. The valve plate greatly reduces the service life of the high-pressure cleaning pump seat. At the same time, there may also be false water shortage and pump group shaking. Another reason is the insufficient and unstable regional water supply pressure, which affects water supply.

2，動力端主要是檢查高壓清洗泵的轉速、主軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器的溫度、高壓泵潤滑油的油量、質量（是否按要求更換），密封墊，設備的振幅等。

The power end mainly checks the speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, the temperature of the main bearing, crankshaft bearing, oil cooler, the oil quantity and quality of the high-pressure pump lubricating oil (whether it is replaced as required), the sealing gasket, the amplitude of the equipment, etc.

3，液力端主要檢查進排液閥、調壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進排液閥如果關閉不嚴或者調壓密封出現故障會造成供水內漏，流量減小，壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關閉不嚴也會造成溢流口泄水，壓力下降。

3. The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valves, pressure regulating valves, valve core valve seats, etc. If the inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed or if the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage in the water supply, decrease the flow rate, and decrease the pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not tightly closed, it can also cause water leakage at the overflow port and a decrease in pressure.

柱塞和密封出現問題也會影響高壓清洗機設備的使用，如果柱塞表面不平整或者柱塞表面長時間發(fā)熱會造成密封溫度過高使柱塞和密封間隙過大出現漏水現象。

Problems with the plunger and seal can also affect the use of high-pressure cleaning machine equipment. If the surface of the plunger is uneven or the plunger surface heats up for a long time, it can cause high sealing temperature, resulting in large gaps between the plunger and seal and water leakage.
