1.安裝全系列超聲波清洗設(shè)備的振子需要提前準(zhǔn)備好這些工具：氬弧焊、十號內(nèi)六角扳手、鉻鐵錫線、2.5平方高溫線、2×2.5電纜線適量、振子膠、以及一些可能用到的剝線鉗、套管、扎帶、噴砂機、管件等。。

1. 2.全系列超聲波清洗設(shè)備的焊接螺釘需要根據(jù)振子的排布位置進行焊接，而且在焊接之前需要將其周圍清理干凈，以免影響振子的安裝。

3.安裝全系列超聲波清洗設(shè)備的時候需要按照使用要求進行膠水的配置，而且在安裝振頭時需將其均勻涂抹在超聲波振子底部，然后輕輕擰動將全系列超聲波振子的換能器底部和缸底接觸之間多余的空氣和膠水?dāng)D壓出來，讓振子和不銹鋼緊密結(jié)合為一個整體。

3.
