超聲波清洗機是利用超聲波的高頻率，通過換能器轉化為高頻動能，然后作用于清洗槽中的液體介質，使液體產生空化作用，不斷的形成無數個細微氣泡，并迅速爆裂，產生沖擊力沖擊物件表面，使表面污垢脫離，從而達到清洗的效果。

那么具體是怎么工作的呢？在介紹這個工作原理之前，我們先來了解一下，什么是超聲波？超聲波是科學家們將每秒鐘振動的次數稱為聲音的頻率，它的單位是赫茲(Hz)。我們人類耳朵能聽到的聲波頻率為20Hz～20000Hz(20KHz)。當聲波的振動頻率小于20Hz或大于20KHz時，我們便聽不見了。

So how does it work? Before introducing this working principle, let's first understand what is ultrasound? Ultrasound is the number of vibrations per second scientists call the frequency of sound, and its unit is Hertz (Hz). The frequency of sound waves that our human ears can hear is 20Hz ~ 20000hz (20kHz). When the vibration frequency of sound wave is less than 20Hz or more than 20kHz, we can't hear it.

因此，我們把頻率高于20000赫茲的聲波稱為“超聲波”。這里說明下，許多人在使用超聲波清洗機時，聽到嗡嗡聲，就以為是超聲波發出的聲音，其實那只是液體在空化作用下產生的聲音。

Therefore, we call the sound wave whose frequency is higher than 20000 Hz "ultrasonic wave". Here's an explanation. When many people use the ultrasonic cleaning machine, when they hear the buzzing sound, they think it's the sound of ultrasonic. In fact, it's just the sound of liquid cavitation.

超聲波清洗機上的超聲波頻率一般是28KHz以上。高可達128KHz以上，常用的是40KHz，這個頻率比較通用，適合大多數工件的清洗。頻率越低，清洗的細膩度就越低，但力度會強些。

反之，則清洗的越精細，但力度會減弱。然后把這種頻率通過換能器又稱超聲波驅動電源、電子箱、超聲波控制器，是大功率超聲系統的重要組成部分。在高頻率的超聲波推動下，換能器以每秒數十萬次的頻率震動，這種震動傳遞到緊扣在上面的清洗槽上，透過清洗槽將動能傳遞到槽內的液體中。在這種高頻率的震動下，液體就會產生空化作用。

On the contrary, the more fine the cleaning, but the strength will be weakened. Then the frequency is passed through the transducer, also known as ultrasonic driving power supply, electronic box and ultrasonic controller, which is an important part of high-power ultrasonic system. Driven by high-frequency ultrasound, the transducer vibrates hundreds of thousands of times per second. This vibration is transmitted to the cleaning tank tightly above, through which kinetic energy is transferred to the liquid in the tank.
