1、超聲波清洗機的運用開關電源(230V)用三芯電源插頭(火線零線、接地線、電線接頭)。

2、清除干燥槽必不可少加上清潔液或水。清潔液或水的液位儀不能低于清除槽高度的三分之一。清除時，請根據不一樣的清除要求，再加洗潔劑劑，提高清除效率高，所有洗潔劑劑必不可少符合不腐蝕清洗設備軸桿、機體的要求。

3、將被清除化合物放入金屬材料框中，根據清除物的積垢水準，設定清除時間，一般3-12分鐘，十分難清除的化合物，可適當提升清除時間。(嚴禁把被清除化合物馬上放進清除槽底運用)。

4、將超聲波清洗機的插頭電源線加上230V的三芯電源線插頭，開啟電源開關設定好超聲波工作時間，按“啟動/停止”鍵一開始工作上，這時候液位儀呈現蛛網狀波動，且隨著振響，表述清洗設備已進入工作責任心。
