經(jīng)過前一級(jí)超聲真空清洗的零件上仍會(huì)殘留少量受污染的清洗液，真空漂洗系統(tǒng)是為將污染的清洗液及少量二次附著的污物沖刷替換掉，從而進(jìn)一步提高清洗效果并得到穩(wěn)定的清洗質(zhì)量。

其循環(huán)系統(tǒng)與超聲波真空清洗工藝系統(tǒng)相似，利用循環(huán)泵使漂洗槽內(nèi)清洗液往復(fù)循環(huán)并過濾，保證清洗液的工作潔凈度。漂洗方式通常有兩種：浸洗和沖洗。使用兩種方式，將清洗籠完全浸沒在清洗液中，而清晰液在進(jìn)行循環(huán)的同事其到對(duì)圓珠筆頭的沖洗作用。
