1，供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內出現負壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態，從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀測壓力表，觀察設備的壓力表是否是設備設定的額定壓力。觀測流量是否足夠時要在高壓清洗泵工作轉速下檢測，因為有時候供水流量略有不足，清洗泵的轉速比較低情況下會出現假性流量充足，高壓清洗機在這種狀態下工作會對高壓泵造成非常嚴重的傷害。一般來說引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種，一種是供水中雜質比較多，沒有按照規定經常清洗進水濾網，供水雜質僅會堵塞過濾器、硌傷閥口，閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時還會出現假性供水不足、泵組抖動的現象。另一種原因是地區性供水壓力不足不穩定影響供水。

1. Water supply is mainly analyzed from water supply pressure, flow, etc. Sufficient water supply pressure and flow can avoid the state of negative pressure evacuation, bubble burst and cavitation valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, so as to ensure the service life of the valve plate and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. Pressure is mainly to observe the pressure gauge and whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment. When observing whether the flow is sufficient, it should be detected at the working speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, because sometimes the water supply flow is slightly insufficient, and the false flow will be sufficient when the speed of the cleaning pump is relatively low. The operation of the high-pressure cleaning machine under this state will cause very serious damage to the high-pressure pump. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for insufficient water supply flow. One is that there are many impurities in the water supply, and the inlet filter screen is not cleaned regularly according to the regulations. The impurities in the water supply will only block the filter and hurt the valve port, and the valve plate will greatly reduce the service life of the valve seat of the high-pressure cleaning pump. At the same time, there will be false insufficient water supply and pump unit shaking. Another reason is that the regional water supply pressure is insufficient and unstable, affecting the water supply.

2，動力端主要是檢查高壓清洗泵的轉速、主軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器的溫度、高壓泵潤滑油的油量、質量（是否按要求更換），密封墊，設備的振幅等。

3，液力端主要檢查進排液閥、調壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進排液閥如果關閉不嚴或者調壓密封出現故障會造成供水內漏，流量減小，壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關閉不嚴也會造成溢流口泄水，壓力下降。

The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valve, pressure regulating valve, valve core, valve seat, etc. If the inlet and outlet valve is not tightly closed or the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage of water supply, decrease flow and pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not closed tightly, it will also cause water leakage at the overflow port and pressure drop.

柱塞和密封出現問題也會影響高壓清洗機設備的使用，如果柱塞表面不平整或者柱塞表面長時間發熱會造成密封溫度過高使柱塞和密封間隙過大出現漏水現象。
