在不同的超聲波清洗機使用的時候需要注意什么。使用任何東西都會有很多忌諱的地方，就是平時咱們說的需要注意的地方。超聲波清洗機也不例外。超聲波清洗機在運轉的時候有震蕩的聲音，加入清洗液是方便消除的。

在超聲波清洗機工作的時候盡量不要增加溫度，防止不能進行正常的運轉。清潔劑需要控制安 全性，禁止有其他異常物體落入超聲波清洗機里面去。同時就是不能長時間的工作，需要經常的對清洗機進行清洗和保養。

一、萬一有異物落入槽底應立即取出；

1、 In case of foreign matter falling into the bottom of the tank, it shall be taken out immediately;

二、換液或排液時，應在槽中清洗液為常溫的情況下進行，且一定要關機并抽掉電源線；

2、 When changing or discharging liquid, it should be carried out when the cleaning liquid in the tank is at room temperature, and be sure to shut down and pull out the power cord;

三、經常清洗和清除清洗槽中的污垢；

3、 Clean and remove the dirt in the cleaning tank frequently;

四、每次開機工作時間不宜過長，建議開機8小時左右應停機幾分鐘散熱，以便更好地保養機器；

4、 The working time of each startup should not be too long. It is recommended to shut down for a few minutes after startup for about 8 hours, so as to better maintain the machine;

五、超聲波清洗機正常運行時候，應聽得到超聲波與槽體諧振的均勻聲音，清洗液表面無激蕩，只有空穴爆破引起的水花，如果有間斷性振蕩，請加入些許清洗液或減少些許清洗液，消除振蕩有利于清洗物件；

5、 During the normal operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, you should hear the uniform sound of the resonance between the ultrasonic wave and the tank body. There is no agitation on the surface of the cleaning fluid, only the water spray caused by hole blasting. 六、在保證清洗物件潔凈的前提下，盡可能不加溫和間斷性工作，因為加溫和長時間超聲使箱內積聚的溫度升高，易加速箱內電子器件的老化；

6、 On the premise of ensuring the cleanness of the cleaned objects, do not heat up and work intermittently as much as possible, because heating and long-time ultrasound increase the temperature accumulated in the box, which is easy to accelerate the aging of electronic devices in the box;

七、不能使用易燃的清潔劑；

7、 Do not use flammable cleaners;

八、當清洗槽無清洗液時，不能開啟加熱器或超聲波；

8、 When there is no cleaning solution in the cleaning tank, the heater or ultrasonic cannot be turned on;

九、防止清洗液和水濺入機箱內和震子上。

9、 Prevent cleaning fluid and water from splashing into the chassis and on the vibrator.
