高壓噴淋清洗機可連續長時間工作、內置式安全發熱系統、可調式溫度控制系統、安全及操作簡便、可按客戶要求設計及制造 。

（1）可大批量連續自動作業。

（3）可采用鍍鋅及不銹鋼外殼，內部配PU噴淋管道，封閉經過式通道。整機為全封閉結構，采用不銹鋼或（方通）骨架焊接而成，清洗機上罩部分采用單層結構，采用1.2mm 厚的不銹鋼鋼板制作，外貼有保溫層，降低能耗。

高壓噴淋清洗機的液箱采用單層結構，采用SUS304不銹鋼1.2mm 厚的不銹鋼板制作，內部用隔板分成幾個區域，分別實現對清洗液的過濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油，液箱設有補水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。
